Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST API development, and React-based UI development. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across the application stack, from backend services and database design to modern frontend
components and CI/CD automation.
This role requires close collaboration with UI/UX designers, product managers, backend engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and high- quality solutions in a cloud-native environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
Design and maintain databases, with a strong understanding of database versioning and migration tools such as Liquibase.
Build responsive, modular, and reusable frontend components using React, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Implement and manage client-side application state using Redux Toolkit or equivalent state-management libraries.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end product features.
Implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, including automated build, testing, and deployment processes.
Contribute to application implementations with a focus on reliability,scalability, maintainability, and performance.
Participate in code reviews, testing, technical documentation, and engineering best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, staging, and production environments.
Take ownership of assigned features and technical issues through design, implementation, deployment, and production support.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
4–7 years of professional full stack development experience.
Strong hands-on proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and REST API development.
Hands-on experience with React, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript/JavaScript (ES6+).
Experience with Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines, repositories, and deployment automation.
Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases and experience integrating applications with different systems.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software engineering principles.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes.
Understanding of cloud-native architectures and microservices best practices.
Experience integrating third-party APIs and authentication frameworks, including OAuth and JWT.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis skills.
Exposure to application architecture and technical design.
Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development and coding tools.
