This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team, and the incumbent will contribute to key strategic projects in addition to delivering services for our clients. This Associate II position plays a key role within our mutual fund trading team, overseeing mutual fund trading operations in a fast-paced environment across a several business lines. The role will be responsible for assisting with the development of our new mutual fund trading platform, contribute to building our future state model, and migrating clients onto the future state workflow.

What you will be responsible for
As Unit Dealing Associate II you will
Develop a deep understanding of existing mutual fund trading infrastructure and business processes
Assist with client conversions/start-ups of new client relationships
Work autonomously with confidence in a fast-moving, complex technical environment
Build relationships with colleagues across multiple functional groups
Assist with business requirements, testing, and implementing new functionality on our trading application in coordination with management team, clients, IT, and the vendor
Research and resolve inquiries for clients, trading partners, and internal stakeholders
Ensure all team deliverables are met within assigned deadlines on a daily basis, document and update procedures and team checklists, ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
Manage the day-to-day activities of a functional team by monitoring, reviewing, and validating all daily activity to ensure accuracy and adherence to controls within tight deadlines
Assist with client reporting and client projects
Analyze internal processes and look to automate, reduce risk, and streamline workflows

Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
1+ years’ experience in financial services industry
Salary Range:
$41,600 - $66,560 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
