Process Engineering Intern

Job Description:
This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing, data analysis, and controls and automation. The internship takes place in Summer 2027.
Program Highlights:
Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance operational performance. Apply problem-solving methodologies and data analysis to recommend and implement process improvements.
Evaluate production cleaning cycles, equipment changeovers, or other manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for increased efficiency. Develop recommendations that reduce downtime, improve throughput, or minimize scrap.
Example #3 - Automation & Digital Solutions
Explore opportunities to automate repetitive activities currently performed manually. Partner with engineers and manufacturing teams to evaluate, test, and implement technology-enabled solutions that improve productivity and process consistency.
Responsibilities:
As a Process Engineering Intern, you will support manufacturing improvement initiatives by analyzing processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, and helping implement solutions that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance operational performance.
You'll work directly with engineers, operators, and cross-functional partners while gaining hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
Qualifications:
This position is an office role, and you must be able to report in-person to Ada on Mondays through Thursdays, with Friday as a remote optional day

Your pay rate within the posted range will be based on your completed class year at the start of the internship program.

Compensation:
The compensation for this role is $23.60–$28.10 per hour.
