The company is now focused on scaling through self-insured employer partnerships, healthcare-practitioner licensing, direct-to-consumer channels, technology development and international expansion.
As part of this next phase, DRG is selectively expanding its Executive Board Partner program.
THE OPPORTUNITY
DRG is seeking a limited number of senior executives, healthcare leaders, operators and investors to participate as Executive Board Partners.
The role is distinct from formal Board membership and is designed for individuals who can contribute strategic perspective, relevant relationships and long-term ownership alignment.
Executive Board Partners may contribute across areas including commercial growth, employer healthcare and benefits, physician and provider networks, digital health and telemedicine, healthcare distribution, strategic partnerships, consumer health, technology, international expansion, capital strategy and governance.
Engagement is strategic and periodic rather than operational, with DRG seeking individuals whose experience and relationships complement the existing leadership team.

DRG combines the operating history of an established healthcare business with the scalability of a digital health model.
After more than 17 years of developing its approach, serving patients and building its commercial infrastructure, the company's next phase is focused on distribution, technology and scale.
DRG is developing multiple routes to market through employers, healthcare practitioners, strategic partners and international markets.
A key technology priority is the planned integration of AI into the DRG patient app, with the objective of increasing automation, enhancing patient support and enabling the company to serve a larger patient population more efficiently.
Growth capital is being deployed across marketing, technology and operations to support this expansion.
OWNERSHIP ALIGNMENT
This is an equity-based position aligned with ownership participation in the company and is not a cash-compensated role.
DRG is looking for Executive Board Partners who believe strategic contribution and ownership alignment should operate together.
Candidates should be accredited investors and comfortable exploring ownership participation where there is mutual alignment following discussions with DRG leadership and appropriate due diligence.
Any potential investment would be discussed directly with company leadership and remain subject to the company's offering documentation, investor qualification requirements and applicable securities laws.
IDEAL PROFILE
We are seeking individuals with 5+ years of senior executive, founder or board particularly across digital health, telemedicine, healthcare services, employer healthcare and benefits, population health, chronic disease management, healthcare technology, provider networks, consumer healthcare, commercialisation, strategic partnerships, enterprise growth, international expansion or private-company investing.
We are particularly interested in individuals who have helped build or scale healthcare or technology businesses, understand healthcare commercialisation and distribution, bring meaningful industry relationships, have experience developing strategic partnerships, have previously served on Boards or Advisory Boards, and can contribute strategically beyond capital.
