Role Description As a Data Engineer at TriNexa, you will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure that support analytics, AI, and product teams. You will develop and optimize ETL processes, implement data models and warehousing solutions, and ensure data quality, reliability, and security across multiple sources and platforms. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to deliver data solutions that enable business insights and innovation. This is a full-time remote role, offering flexibility while requiring strong ownership, communication, and collaboration in a distributed environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Data Engineering, including building and maintaining data pipelines and scalable data infrastructure.
Candidates should possess skills in Data Modeling and Data Warehousing for designing efficient schemas and implementing robust storage solutions.
Candidates should possess skills in Extract Transform Load (ETL) for developing, optimizing, and monitoring data ingestion and transformation workflows.
Candidates should possess skills in Data Analytics to support reporting, dashboards, and insight generation for business and product teams.
Proficiency with SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, or Scala) for data processing and automation.
Experience with modern data platforms and tools (e.g., cloud data warehouses, big data frameworks, orchestration tools) is highly beneficial.
Understanding of data governance, security, and best practices in handling sensitive and large-scale datasets.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
