We're hiring at Circle Health: a high-agency builder and product person 🚀
We're looking for someone who builds products and doesn't wait to be told what to do.
What you'll do
Be the voice of our US customers. You'll run calls, learn how their care teams actually work, and turn that into clear product requirements.
Support clients through onboarding, rollouts and escalations, and close the loop with engineering.
Use AI tools every day to research, rapid-prototype, write specs and analyze feedback
Own problems end to end: spot the gap, figure out the fix, and see it shipped.
You'll thrive here if you
Communicate clearly and confidently with US customers, and are comfortable with overlap with US hours
Already use ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor or similar tools in your daily work, and can show us how
Take ownership without needing a playbook
Bonus: experience with US healthcare, CMS programs, or health-tech SaaS
