Role Description The Site Supervisor role at MS Design Studio is a full-time, on-site position based in Ajmer. The Site Supervisor oversees day-to-day site operations, including monitoring construction activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards. This role involves planning daily work schedules, managing site resources and materials, and tracking progress against project timelines. The Site Supervisor reviews workmanship, resolves on-site issues, and reports project status, risks, and requirements to project managers and the design team. The position also requires maintaining accurate site documentation, conducting regular inspections, and fostering clear communication among all stakeholders to ensure smooth, timely project delivery.
Qualifications
Experience in supervising construction or interior projects, preferably in a site supervisor or similar role.
Strong knowledge of site execution processes, basic construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and coordinate work accordingly.
Solid organizational and time-management skills to plan daily activities and manage multiple tasks on site.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with clients, contractors, workers, and the design team.
Commitment to workplace safety, with the ability to enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Proficiency in basic documentation and reporting, including maintaining site logs and progress updates.
Relevant education such as a diploma or degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Ajmer, Jaipur & Jaisalmer on a full-time schedule, with flexibility for project demands.
