About TNA.io
TNA.io is building an AI-powered voice assistant for bartenders that integrates with existing POS systems to automate drink entry, tab management, and order processing.
Our goal is simple: free bartenders from screens so they can connect with guests, create, and pour.
We are looking for a UI/UX designer who wants hands-on experience designing a product at the intersection of AI, voice interfaces, hospitality technology, and SaaS.
What You’ll Do
Design intuitive workflows for a voice-first bartender application
Create user flows for:
Opening tabs
Adding drinks
Modifying orders
Closing tabs
Confirming voice commands
Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma
Design bartender and manager interfaces
Develop reusable UI components and design-system standards
Conduct usability testing with bartenders and hospitality professionals
Translate real-world bar workflows into simple digital experiences
Design interfaces for AI confirmations and error correction
Collaborate with AI/ML, full-stack, and POS integration engineers
Help evolve the BarAssist visual identity and product experience
The MVP specifically calls for wireframes, flow mapping, visual design, interactive prototyping, and usability-oriented design.
Ideal Candidate
Student or recent graduate in UX/UI, HCI, Interaction Design, Product Design, or a related field
Experience with Figma
Understanding of user-centered design principles
Strong visual and interaction-design instincts
Ability to turn complicated workflows into simple interfaces
Interest in AI products and emerging technology
Hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
