We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team, focusing on development, integrations, and production support for mission-critical client systems.
Position Overview
The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for hands-on development, platform configuration, and technical production support. You will maintain and optimize complex workflows, write robust server/client-side scripts, and oversee end-to-end integrations with a deep understanding of the overall Repair architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Development & Configuration: Build and maintain scalable ServiceNow solutions across Workspace, UI Builder, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
Scripting & APIs: Write, maintain, and optimize custom server-side and client-side JavaScript leveraging native ServiceNow APIs.
Integrations: Design, configure, and maintain integration components using REST Messages and Scripted REST APIs.
Production Support: Act as technical support for production issues when business teams raise Incident (INC) tickets—leading root-cause analysis, investigating failures, and coordinating resolutions.
Architecture Maintenance: Ensure stability, performance, and seamless data flow across the overall Repair architecture and interconnected systems.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Hands-on ServiceNow Development: Proven experience in ServiceNow development, customization, and platform configuration.
JavaScript Mastery: Strong proficiency with both server-side (Script Includes, Business Rules) and client-side (Client Scripts, UI Scripts) JavaScript.
Integration Experience: Practical knowledge of building and consuming REST Messages and Scripted REST APIs.
Platform Features: Direct experience configuring Workspace, UI Builder, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
Troubleshooting: Demonstrated ability to debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production INC tickets in enterprise environments.
