Role Overview
We are looking for Full Stack Software Developers with 3+ years of professional experience to join a specialized Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) program supporting LTI Mindtree.
Candidates will complete a 10-week remote training program focused on modern software engineering, cloud-native development, AI-enabled applications, and customer-facing solution delivery. Following successful completion of training, candidates will work onsite in Dallas, TX.
Required Skills
3+ years of professional software development experience
Strong Python programming and OOP concepts
Experience with asynchronous programming, type annotations, testing, and production codebases
JavaScript and/or TypeScript
React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar SPA frameworks
RESTful API development and integration
FastAPI or equivalent backend frameworks
SQL and relational databases
Working knowledge of NoSQL databases
AWS, Azure, or GCP
Cloud-native application development
Docker and containerization
Kubernetes or similar orchestration platforms
CI/CD and DevOps practices
Git and collaborative development workflows
Software debugging, testing, and performance optimization
Exposure to LLMs and AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to complete 10 weeks of training and work onsite in Dallas, TX after training
