Role: US IT & NON IT Recruiter
We are looking for a talented and experienced or freshers to join our team.
📍 Location: Onsite --- Jubilee Hills Hyderabad
💼 Employment Type: Fulltime
💰 Salary: Depends on experience
📅 Start Date: ASAP
What we're looking for:
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Quick learner with the ability to understand new technologies, tools, and recruitment processes.
• Willingness to work in US night shifts based on business requirements.
• Basic understanding of IT technologies and common technical job roles.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple job requirements and candidates.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with recruitment portals, ATS systems, MS Office, and online sourcing platforms.
• Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT or other AI-powered recruitment/productivity tools is preferred.
