Key Responsibilities
Perform required internal AS9100 and FAA audits, including planning, execution, documentation, and follow-up activities.
Ensure compliance with all applicable FAA, AS9100, and internal quality procedures.
Support and participate in customer, FAA, DCMA, and AS9100 external audits.
Document audit findings accurately and promptly.
Creation, processing, and closure of Corrective Action Requests (CARs) from result of audits
Assist Quality Engineers with source inspections, including preparing documentation, verifying compliance, and coordinating with customers or suppliers.
Support the creation, processing, and closure of Corrective Action Requests (CARs) and Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs).
Assist with inspections of repair units and production units, verifying conformity to engineering requirements, regulatory standards, and company procedures.
Document and report nonconformities and inspection.
Maintain quality records, audit files, and inspection documentation in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with Quality Engineers, Operations, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement
Travel up to 15% of the time

Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or a related field preferred, plus a minimum of 1 year of direct industry experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
