Manager - Business Development

About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to develop business with existing GCCs , startups and Indian enterprise customers.
The role will focus on identifying GCCs that are hiring, expanding locations, scaling teams, consolidating operations or looking to outsource specific functions.
The individual will own the opportunity from prospecting and demand generation through qualification, solution development, proposal and closure.
Build a focused database of existing GCCs across target industries and geographies.
Use GCC investments, leadership movements, hiring trends, funding announcements and expansion plans to identify buying triggers.
Generate qualified meetings with GCC decision-makers.
Build account-based prospecting plans for strategic GCC accounts.
Leverage industry networks, referrals, partnerships, events and LinkedIn to create opportunities.
Convert market intelligence into actionable sales opportunities.
Conduct structured discovery meetings.
Identify business problems, decision-makers, timelines, budgets and buying process.
Work with internal SMEs to develop the right solution.
Prepare commercial proposals and presentations.
Ensure a smooth handover to the delivery/account-management team.
Maintain accurate CRM data.
Ideal Candidate for this role
5–8 years of B2B / enterprise business development experience.
Ideally from a service delivery organisation.
Experience selling to GCCs / Global Capability Centres strongly preferred.
Experience in one or more of:

HR or finance Managed Services
