Role Description
This is a remote volunteer role for a Game HR position at Star Tempest Studios. The Volunteer Game HR will be responsible for managing human resources tasks, creating and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and personnel management. The volunteer will also play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment and maintaining efficient HR operations.
Qualifications
Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
Experience in creating and implementing HR Policies
Knowledge of Employee Benefits management
Personnel Management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a remote team setting
Experience in the gaming industry is an advantage
Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
