About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our Finance team with a focus on Management Information Systems (MIS). In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in preparing accurate, timely, and insightful P&L for the month. In this role, you will help prepare, review, and circulate regular management reports, ensure data accuracy, and support the finance team with day-to-day reporting and reconciliation activities.

What you’ll do
Update and maintain reporting templates and dashboards in Excel
Collect and consolidate data from accounting software (Tally/SAP/ERP), sales, and operations teams
Reconcile MIS figures with books of accounts and flag any mismatches
Maintain accuracy and consistency of data across reports
Support month-end closing activities such as accruals and provisions.
Provide supporting documents for internal and statutory audits.
Accounting and reconciliation of marketplaces sales data as per MIS and as per SAP.
Verification of provision vs actual booking mapping the correct GL with the accounting team
What we’re looking for
A graduate or someone pursuing/completed CA Inter, CMA Inter, or MBA Finance is an added advantage.
1–3 years in MIS, accounting, or financial reporting (strong freshers with good Excel skills may also apply)
Working knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
Sound understanding of accounting basics and financial statements.
Good communication, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and willingness to learn
