Position Details
Role: Power BI Developer
Employment Type: Contract
Location: Bangalore – On-site
Contract Duration: 6+ Months
Openings: 12
Experience: 4–8 years
Relevant Experience: 3+ years in Power BI & Tableau
Monthly : Max up to ₹65000/Month
Background Verification: Mandatory
Preference: Candidates currently on bench / immediately available
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports.
Design and optimize DAX measures, calculated columns, and data models.
Perform data transformation and cleansing using Power Query.
Develop efficient and scalable data models for reporting and analytics.
Support Tableau-to-Power BI migration activities.
Perform reconciliation and validation of reports and datasets during migration.
Troubleshoot performance, data accuracy, and reporting issues.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand reporting requirements.
Ensure dashboards and reports meet performance, quality, and business requirements.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI Development.
Strong knowledge of DAX optimization.
Experience with Power Query.
Good understanding of Data Modeling and BI concepts.
Hands-on experience with Tableau.
Experience in Tableau to Power BI migration.
Strong experience in report and data reconciliation.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Candidate Requirements
4–8 years of overall experience.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Power BI and Tableau.
Candidates must be available to work on-site in Bangalore.
BGV is mandatory.
Immediate joiners / candidates available on bench are preferred.
