To execute & perform incoming warranty claim processing on daily basis
To provide decision (approval/rejection/on hold) for individual cases w.r.t CWI Warranty Guidelines & process compliance within the defined timeline
To be the direct point of contact for the Dealer for any query, update
To be apt in analysing the vehicle issue on live video call, or on-site visit to Dealer to optimize budget & prevent financial leakage
To process the Warranty Invoices received from dealer on timely basis for payment disbursement
To co-ordinate/execute the Warranty Spare parts Audit with the Dealers from time to time to verify claim legitimacy.
Claim disbursement to be informed to Dealer from time-to-time w.r.t the payment received to the Dealer from HO Accounts.
Analyse the prototype field failures w.r.t to vehicle variant/ Dealer code (for any diagnostic/process gap) & inform the Dealer with relevant data to prevent loss in upcoming future.
Verify warranty eligibility based on vehicle history, warranty terms, and repair details
Review job cards, repair orders, invoices, diagnostic reports, and supporting documents.
Investigate claim rejections and identify documentation or process gaps.
Maintain accurate records in DMS/ERP/warranty management systems.
