Role Description
The User Experience Manager is a full-time role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows for some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for leading UX strategy and execution across digital products and solutions, ensuring that user needs and business goals are aligned. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and overseeing user research, synthesizing insights, defining user journeys, and guiding information architecture and interaction design. The User Experience Manager will collaborate closely with product management, engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive, accessible, and scalable experiences. The role also involves mentoring UX practitioners, establishing best practices and design standards, and measuring UX outcomes through qualitative and quantitative data.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Human Computer Interaction and User Experience (UX) skills, with the ability to design intuitive and effective interfaces for complex data and AI-driven products.
Candidates should possess hands-on experience in User Research and UX Research, including planning studies, conducting interviews and usability tests, and translating findings into actionable design recommendations.
Candidates should possess proficiency in Design Thinking, applying user-centered methods to frame problems, ideate solutions, and iterate based on feedback and evidence.
Experience leading UX projects or teams in a technology, data, or AI-focused environment is highly beneficial.
Proficiency with modern UX and design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar) and familiarity with agile or product development methodologies is preferred.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to present UX concepts and research findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design from Premium Institute is mandatory
