Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with 6+ years of experience to join our Capacity Management team and work on enterprise applications supporting infrastructure planning, reporting, automation, and operational decision-making.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications.
Build backend services, REST APIs, and data-processing components using Java, Spring Boot, and Python.
Develop responsive and user-friendly dashboards using React.
Work with enterprise data sources for data collection, validation, transformation, and processing.
Develop automation pipelines for reporting, operational workflows, and data quality.
Write and optimize SQL queries and work with relational databases.
Support Docker/containerized deployments, Jenkins, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
Troubleshoot production issues and improve application reliability.
Collaborate with business, operations, and engineering stakeholders.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.
🤖 AI-Enabled Engineering
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar tools is highly preferred.
Experience using AI across the SDLC for:
Code generation
Unit test development
Code explanation and refactoring
Documentation
Developer productivity improvement
Candidates should understand how to use AI responsibly while maintaining code quality, security, testing, and engineering judgment.
