Job Role - Quality Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Verify machine BOM, components, part numbers, and specifications.
Inspect mechanical, electrical, pneumatic assembly and workmanship.
Conduct machine functional testing in Manual/Auto mode, interlocks, safety, alarms, and cycle time.
Perform final machine quality inspection and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Coordinate with PLC, LabVIEW, and Assembly teams.
Maintain inspection records and approve machine readiness for packaging.
Experience -
2 -5 years of experience in Quality Inspection / Machine Quality.
Experience in Automation, SPM, or Industrial Machinery preferred.
Education - Diploma / BE – Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics
