🚀 Hiring: Lead Engineer – AI | Data & Analytics
📍 Location: Pune | 💼 Experience: 6 –15 Years | 🏢 Employment Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a strong Data & Analytics professional with expertise in AI, Generative AI, and AI MLOps to drive the development and implementation of scalable, data-driven and AI-powered enterprise solutions.
• AI Engineer: 6+ years of hands-on experience in Data & Analytics, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence
• Lead Engineer – AI: 12+ years of hands-on experience in Data & Analytics, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence
🔹 Must-Have Skills
✔ Strong expertise in Data & Analytics, Data Engineering and Data Architecture
✔ Hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML)
✔ Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering and RAG
✔ Strong knowledge of AI MLOps, Model Deployment, Monitoring and Lifecycle Management
✔ Experience with data pipelines, data governance and analytics solutions
✔ Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern AI/ML ecosystems
✔ Experience in designing and implementing scalable enterprise AI solutions
✔ Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔ Design and implement data-driven AI/ML solutions
✔ Develop and scale Generative AI and LLM-based applications
✔ Drive AI MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring and optimization
✔ Establish data architecture, pipelines and governance frameworks
✔ Identify opportunities to leverage AI across business processes and software development
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable and high-performing solutions
🎓 Education: BE/B.Tech or equivalent degree.
