Area Manager- Mathura

Magic Food Zone / JMD Enterprises is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Area Manager – Operations to manage 4+ multi-brand restaurant and food court outlets in Mathura.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in QSR, restaurant chains, food courts, or hospitality operations, with proven expertise in managing multiple outlets and leading teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of 4+outlets.
Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across outlets.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, food safety, hygiene, quality, and service standards.
Monitor and control food cost, labour cost, wastage, inventory, and operating expenses.
Conduct regular outlet visits, operational audits, and performance reviews.
Lead, coach, and develop Outlet Managers, Supervisors, and frontline teams.
Manage manpower planning, recruitment, training, scheduling, and productivity.
Monitor customer experience, service quality, and resolve operational issues.
Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
Ensure proper inventory management and minimize wastage and stock losses.
Prepare and review regular MIS and outlet performance reports.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, Maintenance, and senior management.
Desired Candidate Profile
7–10+ years of experience in QSR, restaurants, food courts, hotels, or hospitality operations.
Proven experience managing multiple outlets, preferably 4+ outlets.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, P&L, cost control, inventory, and manpower management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage teams and drive performance across multiple locations.
Candidates with experience in multi-brand restaurant operations will be preferred.
Willingness to work and relocate within Mathura and nearby locations.
