Role Description The Reels Script Writer will be responsible for developing compelling scripts and concepts for short-form video content, primarily Instagram Reels and similar platforms. Day-to-day tasks include brainstorming ideas with the creative team, drafting and revising scripts, adapting content to different brand voices, and aligning scripts with current social media trends. The role involves close collaboration with video producers, editors, and social media strategists to ensure scripts are visually engaging and optimized for virality. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Scriptwriting and Scripting skills for short-form video content.
Candidates should possess experience with Screenplays and storytelling techniques suited to visual media.
Candidates should possess solid Writing skills, including clarity, brevity, and an engaging tone.
Candidates should possess familiarity with Video Production workflows and collaboration with production teams.
Understanding of social media platforms (especially Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok) and current content trends.
Ability to adapt writing style to different brands, audiences, and campaign objectives.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment.
Relevant experience in content creation, advertising, digital media, or a related field; a degree in Communications, Media, Film, or similar disciplines is a plus.
