Hiring: Project Manager / RCM
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager / RCM to join our team for building construction and interior fit-out projects.
- Key Requirements:
Min. B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering
10+ years of experience in Building Construction and Interior Fit-Out Works
Strong knowledge of finishing works and project execution
Experience in managing site activities, contractors, and client coordination
Ability to monitor project schedules, quality, safety, and costs
Proficient in reading drawings, BOQs, and project documentation
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end project execution
• Ensure timely project delivery within budget and quality standards
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors
• Monitor construction progress and resolve site issues effectively
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements
