Proposal Writer

We are looking for a skilled Proposal Writer to manage end-to-end RFX responses for public and private sector clients. The ideal candidate will combine strong writing, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills to deliver compelling, compliant, and high-quality proposals.
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
4-6 years of proposal writing experience.
Experience writing responses for SaaS solutions.
Strong project management, communication, and technical writing skills.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
Experience with Loopio, Responsive, Qvidian, or Salesforce is a plus.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage RFP/RFQ/RFX response processes from planning to submission.
Develop, tailor, and edit persuasive proposal content.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams.
Ensure proposal compliance, accuracy, and adherence to requirements.
Coordinate subject matter experts and manage proposal timelines.
Conduct proposal reviews, revisions, and continuous improvement activities.
Maintain and enhance proposal content libraries (e.g., Loopio).
