Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Architectural Design Manager / Building Design Consultant to support architectural design, building projects, and coordination activities from design through project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate architectural design and building projects.
Review drawings, design documents, and technical submissions.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients.
Support design development, design coordination, and project delivery.
Ensure designs meet project requirements, quality standards, and relevant regulations.
Assist with site coordination, design changes, and technical issues.
Support project documentation, approvals, and construction activities.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Design, Building Design, or a related field.
3–8+ years of relevant experience in architectural or building design.
Good knowledge of architectural design, construction, and design coordination.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, or similar design software.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, mixed-use, or other building projects is preferred.
