Sales and Lead Follow-Up Representative

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales & Lead Follow-Up Representative with excellent spoken and written English and strong communication skills.
You will be responsible for responding to new leads, following up consistently, re-engaging older prospects, and converting qualified leads into signed and paid rental bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to and follow up with new leads through phone, WhatsApp, text, and email.
Qualify leads, understand their requirements, and confidently move conversations toward a booking.
Follow up with leads who do not respond initially and re-engage older leads in our database.
Follow up with previous clients and identify potential new opportunities.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline and ensure no lead is forgotten.
Accurately record every conversation, follow-up, outcome, and next step in our system.
Track lead activity and consistently work toward conversion targets.
Provide regular daily and weekly sales activity reports.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in sales, lead follow-up, telesales, inside sales, or business development.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong phone communication, persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Experience handling inbound leads, outbound leads, or both.
Highly organized and disciplined with CRM/pipeline management.
Comfortable communicating through phone, WhatsApp, email, and messaging platforms.
Results-oriented with a strong focus on conversions and customer experience.
