Hiring: Functional Lead – AEM Edge Delivery Services (EDS)
Work Location: Gurgaon; Hyderabad
Experience: 6–8 Years
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Functional Lead to act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, content teams, and delivery teams. The role involves translating business requirements into effective AEM Edge Delivery Services (EDS) solutions while ensuring alignment with business objectives and user experience goals.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Translate business needs into effective AEM EDS solutions
Plan solutions and define functional requirements
Manage and prioritize the product/project backlog
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, content teams, and technical delivery teams
Manage stakeholder communication and expectations
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure timely resolution of issues
Ensure EDS implementation aligns with business objectives and UX goals
Support delivery teams throughout the implementation lifecycle
