Client Servicing Manager

Diagonal Brand Design Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a client servicing professional with 4–8 years of agency experience to manage client relationships and coordinate digital marketing projects from brief to delivery.
📍 Location: Seawoods, Navi Mumbai
🏢 Work mode: Work from office
🕒 Shift: 3:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. IST (US shift)
🚗 Transport: No company pickup or drop facility is available. Candidates must arrange their own commute.
Key responsibilities:
•⁠ ⁠Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and turn their briefs into clear actions for internal teams.
•⁠ ⁠Coordinate projects across SEO, web development, paid media, content, and creative teams.
•⁠ ⁠Manage timelines, follow up on deliverables, and keep clients informed of progress.
•⁠ ⁠Review work for completeness and accuracy before sharing it with clients.
•⁠ ⁠Identify risks or delays early and work with the relevant teams to resolve them.
•⁠ ⁠Prepare status reports and identify opportunities to improve client outcomes.
What we’re looking for:
•⁠ ⁠4–8 years of client servicing or account management experience in a marketing or digital marketing agency.
•⁠ ⁠Direct exposure to digital marketing projects, with a working understanding of SEO, paid media, web development, content, and creative services.
•⁠ ⁠Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•⁠ ⁠Experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
•⁠ ⁠Strong organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
•⁠ ⁠Ability to work the stated US shift from our Seawoods office and arrange your own commute.
