Supplier & Production Acquisition Associate

Campus Collective is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supplier & Production Acquisition Associate to join our remote team.
In this role, you will work closely with suppliers and manufacturers across *China, Vietnam, Pakistan, and other international markets* to source products, coordinate production, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with international suppliers, researching new products and manufacturers, and independently managing multiple sourcing and production-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Research and identify new suppliers and manufacturers across international markets.
* Handle product acquisition and sourcing, from supplier discovery through procurement.
* Communicate and coordinate with suppliers in China, Vietnam, Pakistan, and other countries.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing suppliers.
* Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, and other supplier terms when required.
* Coordinate with existing suppliers to ensure smooth production and timely fulfillment.
* Maintain accurate supplier, product, pricing, and production records.
* *Create, update, and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)* for sourcing and production processes.
* Track ongoing supplier and production requirements and follow up proactively.
* Research and identify new products and sourcing opportunities based on business requirements.
* Work closely with internal teams to communicate product and production requirements clearly to suppliers.
* Identify and help resolve supplier and production-related issues.
* Knowledge in Monday.com, Slack, Google Sheets, etc.
Requirements
* 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier management, production coordination, e-commerce, or a related field.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Comfortable communicating with international suppliers and manufacturers.
* Good research, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple suppliers, products, and tasks simultaneously.
* Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documents, and online research tools.
* Ability to work independently and stay accountable in a remote work environment.
* Proactive approach to communication, follow-ups, and resolving issues.
