About the Position:
The Device Tech serves as a key member of the department, responsible for high-quality patient education and instruction in the use of Home Sleep Testing (HST) devices.
Primary duties consist of:
Educate patients on proper use of the HST device
Upload data from device
Prepare devices for testing
• Document all devices and patient interactions in the medical record
• Support ongoing quality assurance initiatives
Inventory and track HST devices and associated supplies
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or GED
1+ year experience in customer service role
Experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required
Required skills and attributes:
Superior verbal and written communication
Strong computer skills required
Organized and detail oriented
Ability to multi-task
Confident working independently and as part of a team
