Role Description The Owner role at SSKM is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Owner is responsible for providing strategic leadership, setting business objectives, and ensuring the firm’s growth and profitability across service lines and geographies. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing client relationships, guiding partners and senior teams, reviewing key engagements, and ensuring delivery quality and regulatory compliance. The role also involves driving business development initiatives, nurturing new market opportunities, and maintaining strong professional standards and ethical practices. The Owner collaborates with stakeholders to optimize operations, develop talent, and uphold the firm’s reputation within the professional services and financial sectors.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in chartered accountancy, with in-depth knowledge of audit, assurance, taxation, risk advisory, and regulatory compliance.
Proven leadership and management capabilities, including experience guiding senior professionals, managing large teams, and overseeing multi-location operations.
Demonstrated business development skills, with experience in building and maintaining client relationships across sectors such as Manufacturing, Services, IT/ITES, and Financial Services.
Strategic planning and decision-making abilities, with a track record of driving firm growth, service expansion, and operational efficiency.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to represent the firm in professional and industry forums.
Professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent is highly preferred; additional certifications in finance, taxation, or risk management are an advantage.
Extensive experience in professional services or consulting environments, preferably with exposure to large corporate clients and start-ups.
High standards of integrity, commitment to quality, and readiness to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area.
