Includes direct tax income tax planning, income tax accounting, income tax compliance
5+ years of progressive tax experience, with strong expertise in income tax provision and partnership taxation.
In-depth knowledge of ASC 740 and statutory reporting (SSAP No. 101).
Experience with foreign information reporting (Forms 926, 8865, 8621).
