Content Strategy
Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand and business objectives
Build and manage content calendars across multiple brands and platforms
Identify relevant topics, conversations, trends and opportunities
Develop content pillars, themes and recurring content formats
Ensure consistency in brand voice, positioning and messaging
Create a healthy balance between planned, reactive and evergreen content
Identify opportunities to strengthen leadership and thought leadership positioning
Content Development
Develop ideas for social media, video, long-form content, articles, podcasts and other formats
Turn complex subjects into simple, engaging and accessible content
Develop strong hooks, narratives and storytelling structures
Write and edit content across different formats
Create content briefs for designers, video editors and other members of the media team
Work with leadership and subject matter experts to extract meaningful stories and insights
Content Repurposing
Identify multiple content opportunities from a single idea, conversation, interview, podcast or long-form piece
Adapt ideas into relevant formats for different platforms
Identify which ideas are best suited for video, written content, visual content or long-form formats
Build a system where strong ideas can have a longer content life
Research & Editorial
Conduct research for content and thought leadership
Track developments across finance, business, investing, leadership and relevant industries
Validate facts, data and claims before publication
Identify interesting data points, examples, case studies and perspectives
Maintain a high standard of editorial quality and accuracy
Collaboration
Work closely with designers, video editors and the distribution team
Brief creative teams clearly and effectively
Collaborate with leadership and internal stakeholders
Participate in content reviews and editorial discussions
Ensure ideas move smoothly from concept to execution
Content Performance
Monitor content performance across platforms
Identify patterns in topics, formats, hooks and audience behavior
Use insights to improve future content
Participate in regular content reviews
Continuously experiment with new formats and approaches
Skills And Knowledge

Experience developing content systems rather than only individual posts
Ability to identify a strong story from a large amount of information
A portfolio that demonstrates original thinking and strong editorial judgement
