Position Summary

This employee is accountable for the credit performance, surveillance, and strategic direction of an active commercial real estate (CRE) loan book, and for the day-to-day leadership of the portfolio management team that stewards those investments through their full lifecycle — from post-closing onboarding through modifications, workouts, and payoffs. The Senior Portfolio Manager is a senior member of the real estate leadership team, partnering with originations and underwriting, legal, compliance, tax, operations, and client portfolio management to ensure that investments are managed in accordance with governing transaction documents, client investment guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements. This role will be based in our St. Louis office, full-time.
