You won't be starting from scratch. There's a structured coaching method, training, mentorship and a professional community already in place. No experience in personal growth consulting or sales required.
What You'll Be Doing
Connecting with people. Build relationships. Having conversations with professionals who are thinking about what's next for their own career or business.
Drawing on the judgment and communication skills you've built over years of experience. Listening to where people are now and where they want to go. Walk them through an established process, using agile accountability coaching: sprints, clear accountability, no guesswork.
While helping others move forward, keep growing too, developing coaching skills while applying a proven system to land paying clients.
Who We're Looking For
Professionals with real experience leading, teaching, managing or coaching others, in any field. No prior experience in personal development, consulting, or sales required.
What matters more: connecting naturally with people, communicating with confidence, and taking ownership of results.
Also needed: self-direction, comfort on the phone and on Zoom, and roughly 15-20 focused hours a week. A laptop, reliable internet, and strong communication skills are required.
Structure & Independence
This is a self-employed, performance-based opportunity, not a salaried position. The framework is already built; the flexibility in when and how to work is not.
