General Interest: Pitch Us on You

About Array Labs
Array Labs builds advanced radar systems to help humanity understand and respond to changes across the physical world.
We're launching a coordinated fleet of radar satellites to create a high-resolution 3D map of the Earth, updated in real time, enabling faster, smarter decision-making for government and commercial organizations supporting disaster response, infrastructure resilience, and mission-critical geopolitical intelligence.
We design and build our satellites end-to-end, producing the world's most advanced earth observation satellites. Our fleet will deliver unprecedented levels of accuracy, coverage, and responsiveness to power critical insights precisely where they're needed most.
About this posting
We’re scaling fast and don't always have an open role for everything we need. Some of our best hires are here because they saw a gap and said so.
If you think there is a job outside of engineering at Array Labs that you’re passionate about and isn't currently listed, this is the place to tell us. That includes everything from operations, finance, people, legal, GTM, partnerships, events, marketing, design, and more.
This posting is for non-technical roles.
What we are looking for
Someone who has looked at what we do and can see where they fit. Name the role, explain why we need it, and describe what your first months would look like. We read for strategic thinking and real interest. You don't need a perfect resume.
Please write your answers yourself. We want to hear how you think and how you write. Imperfect is better than generic. Applications that read as AI-generated will be discounted.
What happens next
If your pitch matches a need we have, or shows us one we missed, someone on our team will reach out to talk. We can't promise we have a role for you, but we’ll keep strong pitches on file and revisit them as we grow.
