Responsibilities:
Architect and build production agentic AI systems from product requirements to deployment.
Design sophisticated agent workflows integrating models, tools, structured data, and business logic.
Make key architectural decisions on agent orchestration, tool use, state management, and more.
Lead and mentor a small engineering team while actively participating in technical decision-making.
Improve existing agent systems through architectural diagnostics and enhancements.
Requirements:
Senior-level software engineering experience with a focus on agentic AI systems.
Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience in building agentic AI systems within real products.
Proficient in Python and modern production software stacks.
Strong understanding of agent architectures, orchestration, tools, and structured outputs.
Experience in working with structured enterprise data and collaborating with data engineers.
Particularly Valuable Experience:
Architecting analytical or data-informed agents beyond Q&A or content generation.
Building enterprise SaaS or complex production software.
Designing AI products combining agentic reasoning with business logic and structured data.
Providing technical leadership or mentorship within AI or software engineering.
