Manager on Duty

Key Responsibilities
Supervise overall hospital operations during the night shift.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and support departments.
Handle patient and attendant grievances promptly.
Monitor admissions, discharges, bed availability, and staffing.
Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, safety standards, and policies.
Manage emergencies and escalate critical issues to senior management.
Maintain shift reports, incident records, and proper handover to the day team.
Desired Candidate Profile
6–7 years of experience in hospital administration or operations.
Prior experience in night-shift hospital management preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage emergencies and work independently.
