Remote Sales Closer – Base Salary + USD Commissions
We’re looking for confident, results-driven Sales Closers who know how to turn conversations into customers.
This is a fully remote opportunity for someone with sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to confidently handle objections and close deals over the phone.
What You’ll Do
Speak with prospective customers and guide them through the sales process.
Conduct sales conversations and close opportunities by phone.
Understand customer needs and communicate the value of our offer clearly.
Handle objections professionally and confidently.
Follow up with prospects when necessary.
Work toward individual sales and conversion goals.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in sales, phone sales, closing, or a similar role.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Confidence speaking with prospects over the phone.
Ability to handle objections and move conversations toward a decision.
Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
Fluent Spanish required.
English proficiency is highly valued.

Interview Process
Selected candidates will participate in a practical sales role-play during the interview process. This will simulate a real phone sales conversation and allow us to evaluate communication, objection handling, and closing ability.
