What You'll Do
Record clear, expressive Italian-language audio using a large diaphragm microphone (LDM), following provided scripts and prompts
Evaluate AI-generated speech for natural flow, pronunciation accuracy, emotional tone, and overall quality
Provide detailed, actionable feedback to help improve synthesized Italian voice outputs
Review scripts and suggest adjustments to improve clarity and ensure authentic, natural-sounding delivery
Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or related performance-based audio work
Native or near-native fluency in Italian with a strong command of natural spoken delivery
Equipped with a high-quality large diaphragm microphone and a quiet, acoustically controlled recording space
Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated vocal performances consistently
Attentive to nuance — you notice subtle differences in tone, cadence, and pronunciation
No prior AI or tech experience required
Nice to Have
Experience in broadcast, commercial, e-learning, or film voice-over work
Familiarity with audio editing tools or DAW software
Knowledge of regional Italian dialects or accent variations
Background in performing arts, linguistics, or language coaching
