Marketing Partner

Arghafy is a software house that builds custom systems for businesses that have outgrown generic tools. Order Management Systems, Warehouse Management Systems, CRM, POS, and custom Shopify stores.
We're looking for a part-time, commission-based Marketing Partner to help us reach businesses that need systems like this.
What you'll do:
• Find and reach out to businesses that could use a custom OMS/WMS/CRM/POS/Shopify system
• Introduce Arghafy's services and pricing to potential clients
• Guide leads through to closing, working directly alongside the Founder
• Represent Arghafy professionally in early conversations with prospects
Commission structure:
• 10% of the subscription price per client who signs on (ongoing, for as long as the client stays subscribed)
• +10% additional bonus specifically for the initial setup/installation of a new subscription client
• 20% of the sale price on one-time/white-label projects
Example: a client subscribes to an OMS at $650/month — you earn $65 commission (10%) + $65 installation bonus (10%) = $130 in month one, then $65/month for as long as they stay subscribed.
What we're looking for:
• Experience in sales, marketing, or business development (B2B/tech background preferred)
• Good communication skills in English (Indonesian is a plus)
• An existing network among business owners/SMEs is a plus
• Self-motivated, comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
• No technical background required — just a basic understanding of software/SaaS concepts
