Role Description The Digital Marketing Trainer will deliver structured classroom sessions and practical workshops on core digital marketing topics, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, analytics, and campaign strategy. This full-time on-site role, based in Jalandhar, involves designing and updating training materials, creating real-world assignments, and guiding learners through live project implementation. The trainer will assess learner performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct doubt-clearing sessions and mentoring beyond regular class hours to support skill development and career readiness. In collaboration with the academy team, the trainer will help align the curriculum with industry trends, support demo sessions, and contribute to promotional activities for upcoming batches. The role also includes maintaining high levels of learner engagement, ensuring inclusive participation, and fostering a professional, ethical learning environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, facilitation, and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
Candidates should possess Marketing and Digital Marketing skills, with hands-on experience in areas such as SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
Candidates should possess Training and mentoring skills, including curriculum delivery, learner assessment, and experience conducting workshops or corporate trainings.
Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, including planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across major social platforms.
Candidates should possess Sales and promotional skills to support demo classes, batch enrollments, and effective communication of course value to prospective learners.
Relevant experience in digital marketing roles, agency or in-house, and prior teaching or coaching experience is highly beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google
