Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment for AI, ML & Deep-Tech roles
Source niche talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, job portals & passive networks
Partner with technical hiring managers and understand complex requirements
Screen candidates for genuine technical/project experience
Build strong talent pipelines and manage candidate engagement
Key Skills
AI/ML Recruitment | GenAI | LLM | NLP | Machine Learning | Deep Learning | Data Science | Computer Vision | MLOps | Technical Sourcing | Boolean Search | Passive Hiring
Ideal Candidate
3–7 years of recruitment experience with strong AI/ML/Deep-Tech hiring exposure
Good understanding of AI/ML technologies and technical profiles
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
Comfortable hiring niche, difficult-to-find technology talent
Curious about emerging technologies and able to speak confidently with technical candidates
