Role Description The SAP Functional Consultant role at PInterview is a full-time remote position responsible for guiding learners and clients on SAP best practices and functional configurations. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business processes, advising on SAP FICO and Materials Management solutions, and preparing structured learning content and scenarios for mock interviews. The consultant will collaborate with internal teams and industry experts to design realistic case studies, assist participants in improving their functional and consulting skills, and provide feedback on interview performance. The role may also involve conducting live mock interviews, answering functional queries, and staying current with SAP updates and industry trends to ensure relevant, up-to-date guidance.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for understanding business requirements and troubleshooting functional issues.
Candidates should possess Business Process knowledge to map organizational workflows to SAP solutions effectively.
Candidates should possess SAP FICO expertise to support financial and controlling modules and guide learners on configuration and usage.
Candidates should possess Materials Management skills to advise on procurement, inventory, and related SAP MM processes.
Candidates should possess Consulting capabilities to communicate clearly with stakeholders, conduct mock interviews, and provide practical, actionable feedback.
Relevant experience as a SAP Functional Consultant, preferably in FICO or MM, with exposure to end-to-end implementations or support projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with global teams and clients.
