Senior Marketing & Business Communication

Job Objective
Finnomena is seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and creative Senior Marketing & Business Communication Executive with a strong background as a Campaign Planner / Strategist. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end strategic campaign development - from consumer insight research and creative briefing to strategic execution and measurement. You will lead the development and execution of brand and marketing communication strategies to enhance brand awareness, strengthen market positioning, and drive continuous business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Campaign Planning: Lead the end-to-end strategy, conceptualization, and planning of integrated marketing campaigns that align with Finnomena’s business objectives and target audiences.
• Strategic Execution: Develop clear campaign briefs, messaging architectures, and channel strategies (Digital Marketing, Social Media, Content, Production, PR, Event Activation, etc.), collaborating closely with internal teams and external agencies/partners.
• Brand Strategy & Consistency: Ensure core brand strategy, identity, tone of voice, and key messaging are seamlessly integrated across all communication touchpoints.
• Market Insights & Strategy Refinement: Conduct deep market research, competitor benchmarking, and consumer insight analysis to identify high-potential growth opportunities and refine brand positioning.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, generate actionable strategic insights, and continuously optimize campaign plans to exceed key business KPIs.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Strategic Communications, Advertising, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience as a Strategic Planner, Campaign Planner, or Brand Strategist in startups or digital agencies.
• Proven track record in campaign strategy development, insight extraction, and multi-channel campaign execution.
• Strong foundation in Brand Development, Strategic Marketing Principles, Consumer Psychology, and Data Analytics.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling pitches and content in both Thai and English.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, communication channels, and data analytics tools.
• Strategic and creative thinker with robust project management capabilities, capable of orchestrating complex campaigns from strategy to execution.
Preferred Skills & Attributes
Hands-on experience in Branding, PR Strategies, Event Activation, and Integrated Campaign Management.
Exceptional strategic planning, campaign framework design, negotiation, and creative presentation skills.
Strong startup mindset, team spirit, adaptability, and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
