Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment activities, and coordinating onboarding and induction processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & candidate coordination
Interview scheduling & onboarding
Employee documentation & HR records
Attendance & leave management
Payroll inputs & HR reports
Employee coordination and HR support
General HR & administrative activities
Requirements:
Graduate in HR/Business Administration or related field
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
Good organizational skills
Logistics/Shipping/Freight Forwarding experience will be an advantage
