About KRAM Creative
KRAM Creative is a Jaipur-based creative and marketing agency working across strategy, branding, content, digital marketing and performance.
We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of the numbers behind the creative — from improving organic rankings to running and optimising paid campaigns.
We need someone who treats page-one rankings, lower acquisition costs and better conversions as problems worth solving.
What You’ll Be Doing
Plan and execute on-page SEO across client websites
Handle technical SEO audits and identify website issues affecting rankings
Build and execute off-page SEO and backlink strategies
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and search-intent mapping
Track keyword rankings and organic performance
Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads campaigns
Manage and optimise Meta Ads campaigns
Monitor campaign performance including CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS and conversions
Work on landing-page and campaign optimisation to improve conversion rates
Set up and monitor tracking using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Ads
Prepare clear monthly SEO and performance reports
Analyse data and recommend actionable improvements
Coordinate with our content, design and development teams to execute SEO and campaign requirements
Stay updated with search algorithm changes, advertising platforms and digital marketing trends
What We’re Looking For
You should have a practical understanding of:
On-page SEO
Technical SEO
Off-page SEO & link building
Keyword research
Competitor research
Google Search Console
Google Analytics / GA4
Google Ads
Meta Ads Manager
Conversion and campaign tracking
Performance reporting
Basic landing-page optimisation
More importantly, we’re looking for someone who can analyse what isn’t working, understand why and take ownership of improving it.
