Field Marketing & Sales Intern

About Us: Astro is a prebiotic beverage brand revolutionizing gut health with our crisp, delicious sodas. We are building a bold brand identity and need a high-energy, hands-on Field Marketing & Sales Intern to help us expand our footprint across the Jodhpur market. In this role, you will be the face of the brand on the ground, actively driving B2B sales and grassroots consumer engagement.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
B2B Sales & Pitching: Execute scheduled daily visits to targeted premium restaurants, cafes, and boutique grocers. Facilitate product sampling and effectively pitch the Astro brand proposition to venue owners and management to secure new accounts.
Distributor Support: Collaborate closely with our local distribution partners during scheduled market visits to provide professional product representation and assist with buyer communications.
Event & Kiosk Management: Oversee the setup, logistics, and operation of promotional kiosks at field events. Engage directly with attendees to build brand awareness, distribute samples, and drive product trials.
Market Reporting: Gather on-the-ground feedback from retailers and consumers, monitoring product placement and local market trends to report back to the central marketing team.

Exceptional Communicator: Strong verbal communication skills with the confidence to walk into a venue, pitch to business owners, and easily converse with everyday consumers.
Action-Oriented & Driven: A highly self-motivated individual who thrives outside of a traditional office environment and is eager to meet sales targets.
Local Market Mobility: Familiarity with Jaipur's premium hospitality and retail landscape, with the willingness and ability to travel frequently across the city for daily field visits.
Professional Representation: A polished demeanor with the ability to authentically represent a premium, modern wellness brand to B2B clients.
