📢 Hiring: Head – Finance & Accounts | Ahmedabad
We are hiring for a Head – Finance & Accounts with a Manufacturing Company based in Ahmedabad.
📍 Location: Ahmedabad
🏭 Industry: Manufacturing
Education: CA Qualified
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting & business planning
• Manage Listed Company compliance, SEBI LODR, NSE, Board reporting & governance
• Oversee Ind AS financial reporting, controllership, audits & internal controls
• Manage treasury, cash flow, banking, debt, working capital & forex exposure
• Oversee Direct & Indirect Tax, GST, Customs & Transfer Pricing
• Lead Investor Relations, earnings calls & investor presentations
• Drive MIS, financial dashboards, ERP optimization & finance automation
• Partner with the MD & Board on growth, profitability, cost optimization & strategic investments
